Please join us for a mid-week break to unwind and prioritize your well-being with our Weekly Wellness Event! Today’s theme is “Self-Love” in recognition of February being International Boost your Self-Esteem Month. Practicing self-love through setting boundaries and embracing your worth helps build confidence, resilience and a healthier mindset for success both inside and outside of the classroom. Below is a description of what to expect at these events:
- Wellness Activities: engage in mindfulness activities, stress-relief exercises and creative fun
- Therapy Dogs: Cuddle up with our furry friends for a dose of comfort and joy (Brighton Campus only)
- Wellness Resources: Explore educational materials and grab free resources to keep you informed and balanced.
- Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up some treats to help you relax and unwind.
These weekly workshops are the perfect opportunity to step away from your busy schedule, connect with fellow students, and foster a sense of community here at MCC. We hope to see you there!
